摘 要
回收攻击射流固液复合锻造法在7075-T651铝合金外貌浇注7075铝合金液,制备获得7075-T651/7075复层铝合金,研究了该复层铝合金的显微组织、物相构成、硬度漫衍、抗拉强度和耐磨机能。功效表白:复层铝合金由7075铝合金包覆层、熔合线和7075-T651铝合金基体构成,基体又可细分为热影响Ⅰ区、热影响Ⅱ区和热影响Ⅲ区;包覆层为枝晶组织,mg游戏网站,熔合线处为细等轴晶,热影响区中均为柱状晶;复层铝合金中存在α(Al)、η(MgZn2)、η'(MgZn)和T(Al6CuMg4)等相;热影响Ⅰ区的硬度最高,为强化区,热影响Ⅱ区为软化区,热影响Ⅲ区的硬度略低于原始基体的;硬度越高的区域,其耐磨机能与抗拉强度也越高;熔合线处的硬度和磨损率均在包覆层的和基体的之间,说明复层铝合金实现了精采的冶金团结。

7075 aluminum alloy liquid was poured on the surface of 7075-T651 aluminum alloy by impact jet solid-liquid composite casting method, and then the 7075-T651/7075 clad aluminum alloy was obtained. The microstructure, phase composition, hardness distribution, tensile strength and wear resistance of the clad aluminum alloy were investigated. The results show that the clad aluminum alloy was composed of 7075 aluminum alloy covering layer, fusion line and 7075-T651 aluminum alloy substrate, and the substrate was divided into heat affected zone I, heat affected zone Ⅱ and heat affected zone Ⅲ. The covering layer had adendritic structure, the fusion zone consisted of fine equiaxed grains and the heat affected zone was comprised of columnar grains. In the clad aluminum alloy existed phases such as α(Al), η(MgZn2), η'(MgZn) and T(Al6CuMg4). The hardness of the heat-affected zone I was the highest, namely hardening region, and the heat-affected zone Ⅱ was a softening region. The hardness of heat-affected zone Ⅲ was a little lower than that of the original substrate. The higher hardness the region had, the higher wear resistance and tensile strength the region got. The hardness and wear rate of the fusion line were between those of the covering layer and substrate, indicating an excellent metallurgical bonding of the clad aluminum alloy.
